1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mousecc ("the Software", "the Service") and your mousecc account. By creating an account, buying a key, logging in, downloading or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service. This matches the minimum age required by Discord and by Counter-Strike 2. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian for permission before buying a key or using the Software.

3. License

While your subscription is active, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on one computer. The Software binds to your hardware (HWID) and can be moved between computers using the self-service HWID reset, which is limited to once every 7 days.

4. Your account

You are responsible for your account and everything done with it. Do not share your username, password or license key. Do not sell, rent or give away your account. We may suspend accounts that are shared, sold or compromised.

5. Keys and subscriptions

License keys are bought directly on this site through PayPal. Your subscription starts when the key is redeemed and lasts for the period shown at purchase. A "lifetime" subscription lasts for as long as the product exists and is actively maintained. Refund requests are handled case by case, contact us on Discord.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: redistribute, resell or share the Software or your key; reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Software; bypass HWID or license checks; or abuse bugs to gain free access. Breaking these rules can lead to termination without refund.

7. Game bans and risks

The Software modifies the behavior of Counter-Strike 2. Using third-party software with any online game can violate the rules of that game and its platform, and can result in a game or account ban by the game's developer. You use the Software completely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any ban, suspension, loss of items, or loss of accounts in Counter-Strike 2, Steam, or Discord.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms, if your payment is reversed or fraudulently obtained, or if we discontinue the product. If we terminate you for breaking these Terms, no refund is owed.

9. No warranty

The Software and the Service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise the Software will be uninterrupted, error free, undetected forever, or fit for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including game bans, lost items, lost accounts, or lost profits.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. When the changes are important, existing users will be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use the Service.
